Founder & Principal
J. Michael Hart
Michael started Monarq Advisory around a simple observation: the questions an owner faces keep changing, but the advice usually doesn’t keep up. Owners end up with a coach for the early years, someone selling insurance on the side, and nobody looking at the whole business.

His work brings together an entrepreneurial perspective, a long-standing interest in leadership, and the protection side of business ownership. He is a licensed insurance agent and is currently completing his securities licensing, part of a deliberate, long-term plan to serve owners as their questions grow toward capital, wealth and legacy.
He believes ownership is one of the most powerful ways to build a durable life, for the owner, their family, their team and their community. Monarq exists to help more owners build businesses worth keeping.
